For women from 16 weeks into Pregnancy
Pregnancy Yoga can be a wonderful way to help you prepare for Birth as well as relieving some of the symptoms of Pregnancy.
Through appropriate exercise Pregnancy Yoga encourages:
- Optimal Foetal Positioning
- The use of a birth ball
- Labour Preparation
- Simple Yoga Postures
- Breathing and Relaxation techniques
Pregnancy Yoga Also:
- Helps relieve some of the symptoms of Pregnancy:
- particularly backache, insomnia and fatique.
It is hoped that the practise of Pregnancy Yoga will:
- empower you to listen to your own body
- help you prepare for birth and motherhood beyond
- enjoy this magical time in a friendly and supportive space.
Pregnancy Yoga is suitable for everyone regardless of their yoga experience as long as you are atleast 16 weeks pregnant and have your doctors or midwives consent!
