Summer Yoga WORKSHOPS
Advice For General Yoga Classes:
(For Pregnancy Yoga please visit Pregnancy yoga Page).
 
Please bring with you:
  • A Mat if you have one (if not You can borrow one from me!)
  • A Large Blanket
  • A Dressing Gown type Belt
  • Glasses if you need to wear them to fill out the Short Health Questionnaire (You only need to do this at your first session). 

 

Please Wear:

  • Loose Comfortable Clothes
  • Be prepared to work barefoot! (Although Socks fine for Relaxation!)

 

Please Avoid:

  • Eating a meal for atleast 2 hours before practising (ideally 3-4 hours+ after eating a meal)... although a piece of fruit is ok up to an hour before class or something small... hot chocolate is good!
